Pay-as-you-go credits are permanently valid after the purchase.
Pro credits are given as a bonus when you purchase different pro plans. They will refresh every month or week, starting from your subscription date.

2. Are credits available across platforms?

  • Pay-as-you-go credits can be used on PicWish Android, iOS, Windows, Mac and web.
  • Pro credits can be used on PicWish Android, iOS, web, not available on Windows and Mac!

3. Can I get a refund of credits?

4. After a purchase, my credits aren’t showing in my account. What should I do?

Please check whether the account you loged in is the same as the account you placed the order.
